Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Swimwear

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will work quickly to make it right.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
